Select from items on the traditional a la carte dinner menu featuring cuts of prime steak or opt for Executive Chef Robert Carr's specially curated four-course dinner ($100 per person).

Begin with French Onion Soup followed by Smoke Beet Root with ramp goat cheese mousse, smoked sea salt, toasted pine nuts, sourdough and fermented honey. Savor the Spiced Coffee Rubbed Texas Akaushi Beef, and conclude on a sweet note with decadent Milk and Chocolate with dulce de leche and crème fraiche. Raise a toast to Dad with bourbon pairings for each course including a barrel aged Old Fashioned with the main entree.
